Plans and licence

PonPonKo is licensed for one Mac at a time, on either plan. The iPhone companion is free. Prices include VAT.

• Monthly, €1.99 per month. Renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or at ponponko.com/account; PonPonKo keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops arming until you renew.
• Lifetime, €49 once. A perpetual licence for the current major version, including its updates.

You can move your licence to another Mac you own by deactivating the old one or emailing us.

Lawful use

PonPonKo is for protecting your own Mac. It photographs people who use your Mac while it is armed. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including rules on recording people at work or in other countries, and for informing people where required.

What PonPonKo can and can't do

PonPonKo protects an awake Mac only. It cannot run while the lid is closed or the Mac is asleep, cannot stop a forced shutdown, and cannot guarantee that every attempt to bypass the lock is blocked. It is a deterrent and evidence tool, not insurance against theft.

Refunds

If PonPonKo isn't for you, email us within 14 days of a purchase or of the first monthly payment for a full refund, no questions asked. This is in addition to any rights you have as a consumer.
